📦 Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

💵 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

A ₹49 COD confirmation charge is collected on all COD orders.
The remaining order amount is payable at the time of delivery.
The ₹49 COD confirmation charge helps us reduce fake orders and ensure faster processing.

⚠️ Important COD Policy

The ₹49 COD confirmation charge is non-refundable once the order is shipped.
If a COD order is returned to origin (RTO), refused, cancelled after dispatch, or remains undelivered due to customer-related reasons, the ₹49 COD amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Eligible prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.
The ₹49 COD confirmation charge is non-refundable for COD orders once the order has been shipped.
